Quality & documentation

What ships with every order

Every consignment leaves our UK facility with the paperwork a laboratory needs to log, verify and store the material correctly — and nothing it does not.

  • Batch reference on every vial — material identity and lot number, traceable back to its analysis record.
  • Analysis documentation — available for the batch supplied, on request with your order.
  • Sealed lyophilised powder — cold-stored prior to dispatch and packed to protect the material in transit.
  • Discreet, tracked delivery — plain outer packaging, insured and tracked to any UK address.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What does “for research use only” mean?

It means the material is supplied for use in a laboratory setting — for analysis, method development, reference and similar research work — and for nothing else. Materials sold as research use only are not medicines, food, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They are not intended, packaged or licensed for human or veterinary use, and no claim is made about any effect in humans or animals.

Who is allowed to order from Peptide Stock?

Accounts are opened for research professionals and for organisations carrying out laboratory work, such as universities, contract research organisations, analytical laboratories and formulation R&D teams. All account holders must be aged 18 or over and must confirm that materials will be used solely for laboratory research.

Do you provide documentation for the materials you supply?

Yes. Materials are supplied with a batch reference, and analysis documentation for that batch is available on request with your order. If your organisation needs documentation in a particular format for its own records or audit process, let us know when you place the order.

How are materials stored and shipped?

Materials are held as sealed lyophilised powder and kept in cold storage at our UK facility prior to dispatch. Orders are packed to protect the material in transit and sent in plain outer packaging with tracked, insured delivery. Recommended storage conditions on arrival are stated on the batch documentation.

Do you ship across the whole of the UK?

Yes. We dispatch from UK stock to addresses across the UK with a tracked courier service, so there are no customs delays or import charges on domestic orders.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

We do. Trade accounts see wholesale pricing on the catalogue, and we can quote separately for larger volumes or ongoing repeat supply. Register an account and contact us with your requirement.

How do I see the catalogue and pricing?

Register an account on the main store. Once your account is active you will have access to the full catalogue, product specifications and your trade pricing.

Can you advise me on how to use these materials?

No. We supply materials, we do not provide protocols, dosing information or any guidance on use. Materials must only be handled by suitably qualified personnel with the appropriate training, facilities and safety equipment, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine safe and lawful use in their own setting.
